Retail Sales Associates are the cornerstone of the retail experience, serving as the face of the Blue Link Wireless and the AT&T brands. You’ll be responsible for demonstrating the wide array of products, services, and entertainment options available to our customers, creating personalized solutions for every person that walks through the door!
We’re always looking to bring on best-in-class team members, which is why we offer some of the best-in-class compensation and benefits in the wireless retail space! Full-time Retail Sales Associates can earn from $25,000–$30,000 up to $20,000 in commissions yearly if all sales goals are met. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at Blue Link Wireless offers. Individual starting pay within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Top full time Sales Associates have exceeded $65,000 in a year and some have been promoted to Store Leaders within that year as a result! Commissions are based on sales and performance goals set for a given market.
